Television actor Rohit Chandel has broken his silence on social media following his release on bail in connection with the POCSO case. The actor, who was recently in the news after his arrest, has now shared a heartfelt note as his show Sairaab comes to an end.
Rohit was earlier associated with Star Plus’ Sairaab, where he played Ishaan. Following the allegations against him involving a minor, the actor was removed from the show and replaced. His exit came amid the legal proceedings surrounding the case.
Now, with Sairaab concluding its run, Rohit took to Instagram to reflect on his journey with the show and express gratitude towards the people he worked with. In his first message after being granted bail, the actor wrote:
“As Sairaab comes to an end, my heart is full of deep gratitude. Playing Ishaan was a special journey for me, and I will always cherish the memories we created together.
A massive thank you to our amazing production team and my wonderful co-actors, especially Saibal dada, Leena ma’am, Sanket sir, Nitinji, Yogi sir, Garima Dimri, Rahul bhai, Madirakshi, Krishna Kaul for carrying Ishaan’s legacy forward and all our other co-actors and supporting staff. Your unwavering support and warmth during my tough times mean more to me than words can express you truly felt like family.
To the fans, thank you for your unconditional love and constant encouragement through every phase. Though Sairaab is ending, our bond remains. I look forward to seeing you all again very soon in the next chapter!

Rohit’s message comes shortly after reports of his bail in the case. While the legal proceedings continue, the actor has now addressed his association with Sairaab and thanked his former co stars, production team and viewers for standing by him during what he described as a difficult period.
