Vishal Aditya Singh’s comments about his experience while working on one of television’s popular shows have opened up an interesting conversation about life behind the scenes. The actor recently spoke about a phase in his career when he felt disconnected from the people around him. His recollection has now prompted a response from someone who was present on the same set during that period.
Ssumier Pasricha, Vishal’s former co star from Sasural Simar Ka, has reacted to the actor’s recollection and said that his version of events came as a surprise to him. While Ssumier acknowledged that Vishal may have genuinely felt isolated at the time, he also remembered their camaraderie away from the cameras and the atmosphere he experienced on the show’s set.
Ssumier took to social media to share his perspective, recalling how he and Vishal would spend time together around the food table outside the set. He also brought up the time they spent together after wrapping up their shoot. According to Ssumier, the show had a close knit working environment where the senior members made an effort to ensure that everyone interacted and ate together.
He wrote, ‘‘It’s a shock Vishal that you felt like that. I guess we all had great time Shooting with you during that track. Hope u remember us chilling together at that khane wali table out side the set
Though we all take time to adjust to the new environment and set just for first few days. But I don’t remember anyone ignoring you at all. Ssk was the best set ever I have worked with. The seniors made sure everyone sits together and eats together. Until unless anyone does not like to chill with others.
But for sure we can’t discredit how u felt. But we all loved working with you.. Shooting on juhu beach chilling post work.’’
Ssumier’s response also highlights the difference between how a situation can be experienced individually and how it may be perceived by others around the same person. While he does not dismiss Vishal’s feelings, he makes it clear that his own memories of their time together do not match the actor’s account of being ignored
