The race for captaincy in the Bigg Boss 20 house has taken an interesting turn, with ScoutOP emerging as the new captain of the house. As the contestants gear up for another week of changing equations and power dynamics, the latest captaincy task brought an interesting twist, giving the housemates who had never been captains before a chance to compete for the coveted position.
As per Film Window’s exclusive sources, the captaincy race was open to contestants who had never held the position of captain in the house before. However, Yung DSA, Gullu, Uditi and Aasif were not eligible to participate in the race. Instead, the four former captains were given a special power that allowed them to eliminate two contestants each from the captaincy race.
With each former captain having the authority to name two contestants for elimination, their choices played a crucial role in determining who would remain in contention for the position. Gullu chose Amrapali Dubey and Arishfa Khan, while Yung DSA named Mahhi Vij and Qazi. Aasif Khan decided to eliminate Love Gill and Aman from the captaincy race. Meanwhile, Uditi chose Mary Kom and Kanika.
Interestingly, despite the multiple eliminations, nobody chose ScoutOP’s name during the task. With the contestant escaping elimination from the captaincy race, ScoutOP secured the opportunity to take charge of the house and emerged as the new captain of Bigg Boss 20.
