Jennifer Winget has addressed how marriage has affected her personal and professional life, making it clear that tying the knot has not altered the way she views her acting career. The actress admitted that some aspects of her priorities have shifted, but she continues to approach her work with the same mindset.

During the trailer launch of her upcoming OTT series “Shaque: Trust No One”, Jennifer was asked if getting married had brought about any major changes in her career plans or professional priorities.

“Nothing has changed. I have just gotten married. Everything else stays the same,” Jennifer said.

Jennifer, who recently married William Ishmael, went on to explain that maintaining a healthy balance is important to her. She also revealed that the working atmosphere and the people she collaborates with play a significant role in deciding which projects she takes up.

“I think there are certain people who like a balance in life. And I am also one of them,” she said. “I think for me it is also the people I am working with. It is very important for me that whoever I am working with, be it television, digital or whatever, for me that environment has to be very good,” she added.

The actress also spoke about the changes that naturally come with marriage. While she acknowledged that her priorities have shifted to some extent, she made it clear that this does not mean she has stepped away from acting. She also clarified that motherhood was not something that had been discussed.

“It’s just that maybe priorities have changed a little bit. I have to think whether this month I am here or next month I am there” she said, dressing she keeps shuffling between countries to balance out work and marriage.

Despite the adjustments, Jennifer described this new phase of her life as a positive experience and expressed gratitude towards fans for their affection and good wishes.

“It’s been lovely so far. And thank you for all your wishes and love. It’s just been absolutely wonderful,” she said.

On the work front, Jennifer will next be seen in “Shaque: Trust No One”. The mystery thriller has been created by Rensil D’Silva and Siddharth P. Malhotra, with D’Silva serving as the director. The series features an ensemble cast including Parineeti Chopra, Jennifer Winget, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Soni Razdan, Anup Soni, Harleen Sethi, Dhruv Chowdhary and Sumeet Vyas.
