Khushi Kapoor’s personal life has once again become a talking point, with reports suggesting that the actress has moved on from her previous relationship and is now spending time with someone she has known for years. If the latest buzz is anything to go by, Khushi has reportedly rekindled her relationship with her childhood sweetheart, Aakash Mehta.
As per a report published by Bombay Times, Khushi and Aakash were romantically involved before she made her acting debut. The two are now said to have found their way back to each other after Khushi’s highly discussed relationship with The Archies co star Vedang Raina. Their reported reunion comes months after Khushi and Vedang allegedly decided to part ways.
Khushi and Vedang were reportedly together for nearly two years. Their relationship had often attracted attention, especially since both actors entered the industry around the same time. However, according to the report, the couple ended their relationship around New Year earlier this year. The separation was reportedly unexpected for Khushi and left her emotionally affected.
A source quoted by Bombay Times claimed that Khushi needed some time to process the breakup but is now doing much better. The source further said that the actress is happy with Aakash and has no interest in getting involved with another actor.
Interestingly, Aakash already appears to have a connection with Khushi’s social circle. Several of her close friends and family members follow him on Instagram. The list reportedly includes Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Orry, Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Shikhar Pahariya, Navya Naveli Nanda and Shanaya Kapoor.
Khushi has also previously spoken about the difficulties of dating in today’s time. During an earlier interview, she discussed how relationships can become complicated when people struggle to define what they are to each other and where their boundaries lie. Now, if the latest reports are accurate, the actress may have chosen familiarity over starting something completely new.
