Bigg Boss 20 contestant Gullu found himself on the receiving end of a strong reality check from Salman Khan during the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode. The host questioned Gullu over the way he handled the sanchalak’s responsibility during the much discussed diss battle task.
The task had already turned heated inside the Bigg Boss house, with the contestants from the two groups taking direct digs at each other through their diss performances. While the contestants went all out to put their opponents down, Gullu was given the responsibility of overseeing the task as the sanchalak.
However, Salman Khan questioned the manner in which Gullu handled the situation. The actor pointed out that the conduct of both groups could have warranted disqualification and questioned why Gullu did not take stronger action while performing his responsibility as sanchalak.
Salman also brought up Gullu’s previous reality show victories while confronting him about his decision making during the task. He questioned how Gullu managed to win three reality shows despite the way he handled the situation inside the Bigg Boss house.
Calling out Gullu directly, Salman said, “Gullu, tumne kaise show jeet liye? Teen shows! Usi time tumhe dono groups disqualify kar dete. Kya sanchalak ho tum? Kis type ke human being ho tum?”
Salman’s remarks put the spotlight on Gullu’s role in the diss battle and his approach towards handling contestants as a sanchalak. The confrontation also comes amid growing tensions between the two groups following the task, which saw contestants exchange several personal and sharp remarks.
With the diss battle becoming one of the major points of conflict inside the house, Salman’s questioning gave Gullu a reality check over his responsibility during the task and the decisions he took while overseeing the contestants.
