Reality television star Prince Narula has addressed the social media buzz surrounding his connection with Karishma Talwar, making it clear that he does not appreciate edits that link the two. The actor, who has been a familiar face on reality shows, has often found himself at the centre of online conversations about his personal life and relationships.
The discussion has now taken a different turn, with Prince expressing his displeasure over such videos and questioning the need to create misleading narratives around his past. He also clarified that Karishma was never his ex, dismissing the comparisons and assumptions being made about their equation.
Prince took to his Instagram Story to call out the edits, explaining that his association with Karishma dates back to their participation in MTV Splitsvilla 8. He indicated that viewers should not confuse their on show connection with an actual relationship outside the show. He also expressed concern about his daughter coming across such content in the future.
The reality star’s reaction comes shortly after a promo of Roadies Rebirth brought him and Karishma together again. Their reunion prompted conversations about their equation during Splitsvilla, with Karishma even jokingly recalling how Prince had ditched her during their time on the dating reality show.
During their interaction, Karishma brought up their history while Prince acknowledged that the two had shared a connection on the show. Their playful exchange soon caught viewers’ attention, leading to renewed interest in their past.
However, Prince appears keen to put the speculation to rest. He has made it clear that Karishma should not be labelled his former girlfriend, stressing that their association was limited to their reality television journey.
Prince is married to actress Yuvika Chaudhary, and the couple welcomed their daughter in 2024. The actor’s latest statement reflects his discomfort with online content that could portray his past equation with Karishma in a misleading manner.
Prince and Karishma were part of Splitsvilla’s eighth season, which aired in 2015. Prince went on to win the show alongside Anuki Tchokhonelidze. Years later, their reunion on Roadies Rebirth has brought their old connection back into the limelight, with Prince now asking viewers to distinguish between a reality show connection and a real life relationship.
