The race to become the next captain has officially begun inside the Bigg Boss 20 house, and the contestants are already facing a task that demands both strategy and physical strength. The captaincy challenge has been set up in the garden area, with contestants divided into pairs and given the responsibility of fighting for balls carrying the names and pictures of housemates.
The garden has been arranged with five separate circles, with two contestants positioned inside each circle. The pairs include Young and Qazi Touqeer, Kanika Mann and Arishfa Khan, Uditi Singh and Isha Rikhi, Amrapali Dubey and Mahhi Vij, and Scout Op and Aman Gandhi. Aasif Khan has been assigned the role of the sanchalak and will oversee the task.
Two goal posts, one red and one green, have been placed in the garden area. Balls will be dropped from above, with each ball featuring the photograph of a contestant. The contestants in the respective circles have to catch the balls without stepping outside their designated area.
The task allows the paired contestants to compete for possession of the balls. Once the buzzer sounds, whoever manages to secure the ball has to decide where it goes. The choice between the two goal posts could directly impact the captaincy race.
A ball sent into the Green Post means that the contestant whose picture appears on it continues ahead in the captaincy race. On the other hand, placing a ball in the Red Post means that the contestant featured on it is eliminated from the captaincy race at that stage.
The task got off to an interesting start with the very first ball carrying Rhiti’s picture. The ball was caught by Mahhi, who was paired with Amrapali. Mahhi subsequently placed Rhiti’s ball into the Red Post, meaning Rhiti was out of the captaincy race for the time being.
With the captaincy task now underway, the contestants will have to balance physical competition with their decisions at every stage. The remaining rounds are expected to determine which housemates manage to stay in contention for the coveted captaincy position.
