Comedian Gaurav Gupta made a special appearance on the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 20 today, bringing his signature roasting style to the reality show. While the contestants initially appeared to take his jokes sportingly, things soon took an uncomfortable turn when Gaurav shifted his attention towards ScoutOP and Lovegill and brought up their much discussed massage incident.
During his interaction with the contestants, Gaurav was seen taking playful digs at ScoutOP and Lovegill. The two initially refrained from reacting to his remarks. However, the atmosphere changed when the comedian brought up the massage topic and questioned Scout about his massage antics with Lovegill. The comments clearly did not go down well with either of them, with both contestants appearing visibly irritated by the jokes.
Lovegill was particularly vocal about his displeasure and openly expressed that he did not find Gaurav’s jokes amusing. He felt that the comedian had crossed a line with his remarks, describing them as below the belt rather than funny. While Gaurav continued with his act, it was evident that Lovegill was not enjoying the roasting session.
Interestingly, the matter did not end with Gaurav’s departure. ScoutOP was subsequently seen expressing his frustration over the comedian’s performance. He maintained that he shares a good equation with some of India’s biggest stand-up comedians and suggested that Gaurav’s style of roasting was nowhere close to what he considered stand-up comedy. Scout appeared particularly unhappy with the nature of the jokes made at his expense and did not shy away from expressing his views.
Lovegill, too, continued to appear annoyed by the entire interaction. What began as a lighthearted roasting session eventually turned into an uncomfortable moment for the two contestants, with neither seeming particularly impressed by Gaurav’s jokes.
The segment added another dramatic moment to the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, as the comedian’s attempt to entertain the housemates ended up ruffling a few feathers. The exchange also brought the ongoing discussion around ScoutOP and Lovegill’s equation back into focus.
