December is a crowded month for films. There are many clashes which are going to take place in December.
The month starts with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal and Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur clashing with each other at the Box Office.
Ranbir and Vicky had worked together in Bombay Velvet and Sanju. The bromance between Ranbir and Vicky in Sanju was loved by the audience.
Ranbir and Vicky are good friends and share a special bond.
Sam Bahadur’s teaser was launched today at an event in Mumbai. The cast and crew were present at the teaser launch.
While interacting with the media Vicky was asked about his views on Animal clashing with Sam Bahadur at the Box Office. To this Vicky replied by saying, “On that Friday, we both are going to hand over our films to the audience. So, that Friday is going to be the audience’s day more than our day. We have only these many weeks in a year, but we as an industry can’t limit ourselves to making only those many films a year. We want to build an atmosphere where multiple films can work together. We have that strength in the audience and at the exhibitor level. If the audience resonates with the films, both the films will work.”
While further sharing his love for Ranbir and excitement for Animal, Vicky said, “I am as excited for Animal as anyone else. It should be a great day for the audience, we work for that, not for each other.”
Sam Bahadur is directed by Meghna Gulzar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The film stars Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead roles.
Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles.
Animal and Sam Bahadur will be clashing with each other at the Box Office on 1st December. If the content of both the films click with the audiences, both can emerge successful at the Box Office.
