Ridham Jataniya has always been drawn to movement, whether it’s through gymnastics, dance, or now, acting. The young talent, who started his journey with gymnastics, believes the sport has played a huge role in shaping his discipline and passion for performing.

“Gymnastics teaches you patience and resilience. You fall a hundred times before you get it right. That’s pretty much how acting works too,” Ridham shares. “Every scene, every expression is like a move—you perfect it with practice.”

Ridham’s background in gymnastics surely gives him an edge in the entertainment industry. “Whether it’s an action sequence or a dance shot, gymnastics has helped me move with confidence in front of the camera,” he adds.

His love for performance led him to music videos, where he first appeared in Sun Sonio Sun Dildar. The experience sparked his deep interest in the world of music, and soon he featured in Tera Zikr, alongside actress Muskan Bamne. But his most exciting project yet was Akhan Sharabi, a Mika Singh song shot in the glamorous city of Dubai.

“Music videos feel like short films to me. You get to tell a story in just a few minutes, and that challenge excites me,” Ridham says.

While he continues to explore new opportunities in acting and music, gymnastics remains close to his heart. “It keeps me grounded—literally and figuratively,” he laughs. With his mix of talent, discipline, and passion, Ridham Jataniya is a name to watch in the entertainment industry.
