Celebrated fashion and advertising photographer, filmmaker, and producer Luv Israni, known for his striking visual narratives and recently for producing KINK Season 2, is now gearing up for an exciting new chapter—establishing his business base in Dubai.
“For the past 15 years, I’ve been visiting Dubai, and it’s a city that has always energized me. There’s an unexplainable adrenaline rush in its vibe—something I’ve deeply connected with over time. And now, I’m all set to make Dubai my new home,” says Luv, in an exclusive conversation.
The Mumbai-based creative powerhouse, who has worked with some of the biggest names in television and Bollywood, is now preparing to go global. “Mumbai has been incredible—but now, it’s time to take my journey global. I want to work with brands that go beyond India, and I believe Dubai is the perfect gateway to reach a global audience.”
With plans well underway, Luv shares, “I’ll be getting my trade license soon, and from next month, I’ll be based in Dubai full-time.” His production company, The Capturing Factory, will also see a major transformation. “One of my goals is to grow The Capturing Factory into a full-fledged agency that caters to international clients—creating content across formats, including TV commercials, print campaigns, and more.”
Despite the geographical shift, his passion for television remains unwavering. “TV continues to excite me, especially the non-fiction space. After my recent work on KINK 2, a real estate developer approached me with an idea for a new reality show, and I’m now exploring a few exciting concepts,” he reveals.
Though fiction isn’t off the table, Luv feels deeply connected to the world of non-fiction and reality content. “It holds a special place in my creative journey, and I want to continue building in that space,” he affirms.
Dubai, for Luv, is more than just a business hub—it feels like home. “My cousin (Rohit Khubchandani) has been in Dubai for over 22 years, and having a family in the city has made this transition smooth and comforting. He insists I stay with him until I’m fully settled, which just shows how much support I already have there.”
Looking ahead, the producer is keeping his canvas wide open. “Beyond content creation, I’m also open to producing movies, TV series, and documentaries. At heart, I’m a storyteller, and wherever I go, I want to keep telling meaningful stories that resonate.”
As he prepares to make Dubai his new creative playground, Luv Israni’s journey is a testament to relentless ambition, a global vision, and the power of storytelling that transcends borders.
