Ram Charan turns 38 Today. Ram Charan works in Telugu films and is one of the highest paid actors in Tollywood. He is the son of popular actor Chiranjeevi.
Ram Charan made his debut in 2007 with the Telugu film Chirutha. His 2nd film was SS Rajamouli directorial Magadheera (2009). Magadheera was the costliest Telugu film made at that time and it went on to become an All Time Record Grosser at the Box Office. Ram Charan’s popularity increased after the release of Magadheera. In 2013, Ram Charan made his Bollywood Debut with the film Zanjeer which was an official remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Zanjeer (1973). Zanjeer was also shot in Telugu language with the name Thoofan. In 2018, Ram Charan delivered his Career Best Performance as Chitti Babu in Sukumar (Pushpa Fame) directorial Rangasthalam. Rangasthalam is also considered as his career best film. Rangasthalam turned out to be a Blockbuster at the Box Office. It was the highest grossing Telugu Film of that year. In 2022, Ram Charan appeared in SS Rajamouli directorial epic action drama RRR alongside Jr. NTR. RRR went on to become 2nd Highest Grossing Telugu Film and 3rd Highest Grossing Indian Film of All Time. Recently, Naatu Naatu from RRR won the Best Original Song Award at the OSCARS. After this win, Ram Charan’s popularity has reached at the Global Level.

In 2016, Ram Charan launched his own production house named Konidela Production Company, which has produced films like Khaidi No. 150 (2017) and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy (2019).
Ram Charan will be next seen in tentatively titled RC 15. RC 15 is directed by Shankar who is making his debut in Telugu. The film also stars Kiara Advani and will have Ram Charan in a double role.
