With the competition set, Abhishek and Elvish take charge as captains, drafting their dream teams for a power-packed culinary showdown. But just as strategies are locked in, Chef Harpal shakes things up, reshuffling teams and declaring that in his kitchen, only his rules apply. The new squads—Team Blue (Abhishek) and Team Orange (Elvish) — dive headfirst into the challenge, tasked with whipping up surti idla, beetroot muthiya, and mathri to claim the ultimate prize – golden stars and kitchen glory. While the competition was supposed to be between Abhishek and Elvish, it quickly turns into a one-on-one cook-off between Rubina and Ankita, who hustle harder than the rest of their teams combined. With the kitchen transformed into a cricket pitch, the tension rises as the teams juggle their ingredients with the intensity of a nail-biting final over. The pressure is on, the heat is high, and in this battle of flavours, only one team will emerge victorious. Will Team Blue hit a culinary sixer, or will Team Orange’s spice-packed strategy steal the win?
Sharing his excitement about the upcoming episode, Abhishek Kumar says, “Cricket has always been close to my heart, so seeing my favourite sport Cricket come alive in the Laughter Chefs kitchen was too much fun! The energy, the team spirit, the friendly rivalry felt like we were playing an actual match, but with bartan instead of bats. Captaining a team on the show was an absolute blast, though I have to admit that leading a cricket team might be easier than managing a kitchen full of mischievous chefs! This episode will always be one of my favourites because it brought together two of India’s greatest loves – cricket and food!”
