Deewani lead actor Nitin Goswami says that the industry is very unpredictable. He adds that you need to stay positive and be persistent to achieve success here. “There’s a lot of risk in this industry. Sometimes, when there’s a long gap without work, it can be very scary. During a three-year gap that I had to go through, I learned to stay positive, read books, and realized that things happen in their own time if you keep working hard. Now, I believe more than ever that you just need to keep working hard, and what’s meant for you will come to you. I try to stay neutral and not get overly excited or upset about things,” he says.
He adds that overthinking and having to do so many things at once can impact your morale. “Overthinking and multitasking can definitely affect your decisions. If you start overthinking about whether you’ll get work or not, you might become negative. Multitasking can take your focus away from your main goal. Self-doubt can creep in, but it’s important to keep going despite that. Many people give up because of overthinking and self-doubt, and their stories remain untold. But those who persist, despite the challenges, eventually succeed. So, it’s important to stay focused, avoid multitasking, and not let self-doubt take over. Just keep working hard, stay positive, and you will achieve what you desire,” he says.
