In a heartfelt and refreshing interview with Film Window, television actress and digital creator Vahbiz Dorabjee opened up about her evolving journey, from the world of daily soaps to her aspirations for the big screen and web platforms. Known for her authentic personality and relatable vibe, Vahbiz shared how she’s ready to shift gears and explore newer, deeper roles, especially in web series and films. “I’ve done so many TV serials, and I’m so grateful for the love I’ve received. But now, I’m excited to try something different, something bigger,” she said with honest excitement.

Her dream roles? Vahbiz specifically mentioned gripping shows like Special Ops and Kankanjura as the kind of intense, character-driven projects she would love to be part of. Her hunger for growth is evident, not just professionally but spiritually too. She fondly recounted her recent experience at Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s ashram in Bangalore, where she experienced a kind of calm that was, in her words, “out of the box.” “Meditation made me realize that mental peace is as important as physical health,” she said, adding how it recharged her energy and centered her emotionally.

The conversation also drifted into her vlogging adventures. With her signature spark, Vahbiz expressed how vlogging allows her to travel, explore, and most importantly, be her own boss. “It lets me be myself. I feel blessed to have such a supportive space, with fans and family always lifting me up,” she shared. When asked about challenges in the industry, Vahbiz admitted the early years weren’t easy. “Yes, I was affected in the beginning. But over time, I gained confidence. I accepted myself. I’ve always stayed authentic, and maybe that’s why my audience connects with me.”

As the conversation turned personal, she spoke candidly about love and marriage. “I’d love to marry someone like my dad—understanding, supportive, grounded. Maybe someone from a business background, not the industry,” she smiled. She also gave a big shout-out to Hina Khan and Rocky, celebrating their strong bond as “true love.”

With no regrets and full of gratitude, Vahbiz concluded the interview on a high note. “I’m lucky to be working in the industry, living my dream in Bombay. My message? Live in the moment. Be grateful. Stay positive. And love every second of your life.”

Vahbiz’s story is one of self-love, steady growth, and a bold willingness to dream bigger, while staying beautifully, unapologetically herself.
