Shahid Kapoor turns 42 today. Shahid Kapoor was regarded as a chocolate boy because he had the image of a romantic hero and was every girl’s dream man when he came into the industry. 

Shahid Kapoor appeared as a background dancer in Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) and Taal (1999). He made his debut in 2003 with Ishq Vishk and the film was a sleeper hit at Box Office. Shahid got his 1st Blockbuster in 2006 with Sooraj Barjatya Directorial Vivah. Jab We Met was the most popular Shahid film at the time of its release and had garnered immense praise both critically and commercially. In 2018, Shahid got his biggest hit of Career with Padmaavat which was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. In 2019, Shahid delivered his biggest Solo Hit with Kabir Singh. In 2022, Shahid made his web debut with Raj & Dk directorial Farzi which received good response by audiences and his acting was praised. Through the years Shahid has given many memorable performances and many successful films at Box Office and is regarded as one of the most popular actors in Bollywood.
