Famous Art Director Nitin Desai committed suicide on 2nd August.
He had recorded a clip in which he blamed Edelweiss company for the suicide. He was mentally disturbed and hence committed suicide.
He had a debt of 252 crores over his head. He failed to clear the repayment of the loan.
In the recorded clip, Nitin Desai had said that his last rites should be conducted at his own ND Studios.
His last rites were performed at Studio No. 10 in ND Studios.
Many relatives, politicians, celebrities and well wishers were seen offering their last prayers.
Superstar Aamir Khan, with whom Nitin had worked on Lagaan was seen offering his last prayers.

Director Ashutosh Gowariker, with whom Nitin had worked on Lagaan, Jodhaa Akbar and Panipat was also seen.
Marathi and Bollywood actress Sonali Kulkarni was also seen offering her last prayers.
Marathi Actor Subodh Bhave with whom Nitin had collaborated as a producer for Balgandharva was also seen.
Veteran actor Manoj Joshi was also seen there and also shared his memories with Nitin Desai.
