RRR is one of the most celebrated and popular films in Indian Cinema. The film is not only popular in Indian Cinema, but has proved to be a sensation in other countries.

Recently RRR created a history by becoming 1st Indian film to win an Oscar. The song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from RRR won the Oscar for Best International Song.

RRR is directed by the master director SS Rajamouli. SS Rajamouli had already given a huge blockbuster in Indian Cinema in the form of Baahubali 2. SS Rajamouli came up with one of his most ambitious projects, RRR, after the Blockbuster Baahubali 2. Expectations were high from RRR and Rajamouli matched those Expectations by delivering a solid larger than life entertainer.

RRR had two of the biggest stars Jr. NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. The bromance between these two was highly appreciated. The film also had Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.

Recently V Vijayendra Prasad (writer of RRR) said in an interview about the part 2 of RRR. While speaking about the same he said, “We are planning to make a sequel to Ram Charan and Jr NTR’s film RRR. This movie will feature both stars and be made to Hollywood standards. A Hollywood producer is likely to be roped in for this film. The movie will be directed by SS Rajamouli or someone under his supervision.”

RRR had Rajamouli’s extraordinary and larger than life vision which created havoc at the box office. The way Rajamouli presented his characters was praiseworthy. The film was enjoyed by classes as well as the masses.

Hollywood director coming on board will take RRR and Indian Cinema to a different level. Rajamouli himself directing the sequel will also prove to be huge as he won’t compromise in his vision.

Vijayendra Prasad also revealed that the making process of RRR 2 will take place only after the completion of Mahesh Babu’s film directed by Rajamouli.

RRR was directed by SS Rajamouli and written by V Vijayendra Prasad. The film collected 1300 crores globally and emerged as 3rd highest grossing Indian Film of all time.
