Season 1 was released on Voot in 2020 followed by Season 2 in 2021. Now after a gap of 3 years, the Season 3 of Illegal is all set to stream on Jio Cinema. The trailer of Illegal 3 was released a couple of days ago and it was very gripping.
Neha Sharma is back again as Mad Lawyer Niharika Singh. We at Film Window got a chance to do an exclusive interview of Neha Sharma where she spoke about Season 3 and her character.
While speaking about her character Neha Sharma said, “This time you will get to see something different. Niharika (name of Neha’s character) is a woman of principles. She wanted to place herself in such a large city and we saw that in the first 2 seasons. In Season 3 you will see that, to reach her destination, what lengths she can go. During her journey, lines will blur between right and wrong, white and black, and we will get to see the grey zone of Niharika. In the trailer, we have given hints of Niharika’s dark side. There are many interesting and unexpected things which are going to happen in Season 3. Those who have seen the previous 2 seasons won’t expect the same things in Season 3, it will be a surprise package.”
Illegal 3 will be streaming only on Jio Cinema from 29th May. The series is directed by Sahir Raza and is produced by Juggernaut Productions. The series stars Neha Sharma, Piyush Mishra, Akshay Oberoi, Satyadeep Mishra, Anshuman Malhotra, Zayn Marie Khan, Ira Dubey, Achint Kaur amongst others.
Neha Sharma made her web debut with Illegal. She was last seen in the film Jogira Sara Ra Ra. She will be next seen in Illegal 3 and another mystery thriller series titled 36 Days.
