Before releasing the first glimpse at San Diego Comic-con, makers had revealed 3 to 4 first look posters. Releasing the first look glimpse at San Diego Comic-con has been a masterstroke by makers, as the film has reached at a global level.
The first glimpse is already giving us blockbuster vibes and has left us wanting for more. The character looks of Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan have made everyone gaga over it.
The short video takes us to the beautifully created world of Project K. The film was tentatively titled Project K and now the makers have finally revealed the title in this video. The film is titled Kalki 2898 AD.
The teaser shows us that, ‘When the world is taken over by darkness, a force will rise.’ Prabhas is back into his zone and looks absolutely powerful.
It seems like makers have left no stone unturned to make this a never seen before visual spectacle in India. The set design, production value and VFX everything looks well advanced. The makers have created a fictitious and dreamy world of 2898 AD.
After Baahubali 2, Prabhas has been a part of all the big budget films like Saaho, Radhe Shyam and recently released Adipurush. None of these films have been good enough and have bombed at the Box Office. Prabhas has Prasanth Neel’s upcoming action film Salaar which can make masses go crazy.
Kalki 2898 AD is looking like a special film for Prabhas which can prove to be a game changer if it connects well with the audience.

Kalki 2898 AD is directed by Nag Ashwin who has made a very good film Mahanati and expectations are high from him. If Kalki 2898 AD comes close to Mahanati, it will create a history. The film is produced by C Aswani Dutt (Vyjayanthi Movies). The sci-fi biggie is all set to release on 12th January, 2024.
