Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki has now entered the 200 cr club. The emotional drama directed by Rajkumar Hirani was released on 21st December. The film met with mixed to negative response.
Dunki has become the 4th film of Shah Rukh Khan after Chennai Express, Pathaan and Jawan to enter the 200 cr club. Dunki has entered the 200 cr club in 12 days and its total collection stands at 200.35 cr nett.
Dunki collected 40.12 cr in its 2nd extended weekend. As New Year fell on Monday, the film enjoyed a 4 day extended weekend which helped it to post better numbers.

Dunki was a potential record grosser, if it would have been a trademark Rajkumar Hirani classic. Nevertheless, SRK’s stardom, Hirani’s brand value, Christmas holiday and New Year weekend helped the film to post a respectable total.
Dunki will be eyeing to cross the total numbers of Chennai Express (227.13 cr) in its lifetime. If Dunki manages to cross the lifetime numbers of Chennai Express, it will emerge as Shah Rukh Khan’s 3rd highest grossing film.
