Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal is all set to release next week. The trailer of the film was recently released and it got an outstanding response. The ground level buzz of the film is extremely high.
The advance booking of Animal was opened yesterday and it has taken a solid start. Animal has managed to sell 52,500 tickets at National Chains (PVR-INOX-Cinepolis) within the first 24 hours. 43,000 tickets have been sold at PVR-INOX and remaining 9,500 have been sold in Cinepolis.
The film has sold more than 1,10,000 overall. The film has sold more than 90,500 tickets in Hindi markets.
The film has collected approx 3.40 cr gross from its advance ticket sales.
Animal is all set to emerge as the biggest opener for Ranbir Kapoor. The film will easily surpass the opening day numbers of Sanju.
Animal has been rated ‘A’ certificate for its extreme violence by the Censor Board. The duration of the film is 221 minutes long.
Gangster based films don’t have much scope at the Indian Box Office. Despite getting an ‘A’ certificate and having a long duration, Animal has managed to collect very well from its advance ticket sales.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s previous release Kabir Singh also got an ‘A’ certificate from the Censor Board. Kabir Singh did unimaginable business at the Box Office. Kabir Singh is the highest grossing ‘A’ rated Bollywood film of all time.
If Animal meets the expectations of the viewers, it can easily surpass Kabir Singh.
Animal will be facing a clash with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur at the Box Office.
Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Pranay Reddy Vanga. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol in the lead roles.
