Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe was the first ever universe which was introduced in Bollywood. The official announcement of Cop Universe was made with the film Simmba in 2018.
The success of Simmba inspired filmmakers to create a separate universe of their own. YRF introduced its Spy Universe with Pathaan in 2023. Maddock Films also created its own horror universe with connecting films like Bhediya and Stree.
Cop Universe and Spy Universe are the two biggest universes we have in Bollywood.
Cop Universe has an interesting cast of many big superstars like Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff who will essay the role of cops.
Ajay Devgn as Singham was the first cop in the cop universe, followed by Ranveer Singh as Simmba and Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi.
Tiger Shroff and Deepika Padukone are the two new entrants in the cop universe. Kareena Kapoor who was seen playing Ajay’s wife in Singham Returns will also be a part of Singham Again. Arjun Kapoor is all set to play the antagonist in Singham Again.

Singham Again is all set to release during Independence Day 2024 weekend. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles. Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff will be seen in action packed cameos.
