Akshay Kumar’s highly anticipated film Sky Force, directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, is poised for its cinematic debut on October 2, 2024. In a recent and exciting development it has been announced that the acclaimed National Award-winning music composer G.V. Prakash Kumar has been chosen to create the musical score for Sky Force. This significant decision comes from the collaborative efforts of producer Dinesh Vijan, Maddock Films, and the film’s creative team.

G.V. Prakash Kumar, known for his exceptional talent and innovative compositions, has been entrusted with the crucial role of crafting both the music and the background score for the film. His involvement is highly anticipated, given his reputation for delivering compelling and memorable soundtracks that elevate cinematic experiences.

Interestingly, this marks the second collaboration between Akshay Kumar and G.V. Prakash Kumar, who previously worked together on the film Sarfira. Their renewed partnership in Sky Force promises to be a compelling reunion, blending Kumar’s dynamic musical prowess with Kumar’s formidable screen presence.

In addition to his role in Sky Force, he is busy composing for several other highly anticipated projects, including Thangalaan, Lucky Bhaskar, and Amaran.

Moreover, Kumar is also preparing for the release of his ambitious sea horror action-adventure film, Kingston. This pan-India project, which he is producing under his banner Parallel Universe Pictures in association with Zee Studios, is directed by Kamal Prakash and features GV Prakash as the lead actor. Kingston is envisioned as a trilogy, with the first installment set to hit theaters later this year, further showcasing Kumar’s multifaceted talent and creative vision in the Indian film industry.
