Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan which was earlier slated to release on 2nd June will now be releasing on 7th September. Jawan will now be released during Janmashtami weekend. Jawan will be released on Thursday and will get an extended weekend of 4 days. Shah Rukh Khan is enjoying a very good phase after the historical blockbuster Pathaan. Jawan has an unprecedented buzz and anticipation amongst the movie lovers. Jawan is having very high buzz and SRK can deliver his 2nd blockbuster of the year with Jawan.
Fukrey 3 was originally scheduled for 7th September release but has now changed its release date. Fukrey 3 will now be releasing on 24th November to avert the clash with this biggie. Jawan which was originally scheduled to release in June had many big films releasing in the same month. June has Prabhas starrer Adipurush, Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan and Kartik Aryan starrer Satya Prem Ki Katha. Siddharth Malhotra starrer Yodha and Rajkummar Rao SRI were slated for 15th September release and now it looks that both these films will be eyeing for a new release date.
Atlee is known for directing masala films and presenting his hero in larger than life and massy avatars. Atlee’s previous 3 outings Theri, Bigil and Mersal were loved by masses and did fabulous business at the Box Office. Atlee had presented Vijay in a massy avatar which was loved by masses. Atlee’s film has all the ingredients of a proper masala action film. Atlee is making his debut and the over the top action which works in south might not work here and it seems he might have done changes keeping the taste of Bollywood audience in mind.

The old announcement video had revealed the look of SRK in JAWAN. The announcement teaser was well received amongst the audience and people were badly waiting for the film. We will have to wait for some more time as the team has VFX work pending and they are leaving no stone unturned for Jawan.
Jawan is all set to release on 7th September. Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. The film also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover. The film is directed by Atlee and produced by Gauri Khan (Red Chillies Entertainment). In his whole career, it’s for the 1st time SRK will be having a September release.
Shah Rukh Khan also has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki in the pipeline. Dunki is all set to release during Christmas this year. Dunki was earlier clashing with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan at the Box Office but now will be arriving solo as BMCM averted the clash by moving to Eid 2024.
