Before entering the film industry, Nora had worked as a Sales Executive and served as a Waitress in a restaurant. When she first came to India she only had 5,000 rupees with her. At present, her Net worth is reportedly 39 crores. From 5,000 rupees to 39 crores, Nora has come a long way.
Nora has appeared in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam films. She started her career with the Hindi film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans which was released in 2014. In 2015, she debuted in the Telugu industry with the film Temper, where she appeared in an item number. She has also done a dance number in Emraan Hashmi starrer Mr. X which came in 2015. In 2018, she was also seen in another chartbuster song Kamariya from the movie Stree. In 2018, after delivering 2 back to back chartbusters, Nora gained immense popularity and became the Dance sensation of Bollywood. After the success of the song Dilbar, she collaborated with the Moroccan hip-hop group Fnaïre to release an Arabic version of the Dilbar song.
After gaining immense praise in 2018, Nora appeared in 3 Bollywood films. She was first seen alongside Superstar Salman Khan in Bharat. She was seen in a dance number O Saki Saki in John Abraham starrer Batla House, which marked the 3rd collaboration of the duo. And she appeared in another dance number Ek Toh Kam Zindagani in the film Marjaavan alongside Siddharth Malhotra.
In 2020, she acted in the dance-based film Street Dancer opposite Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. In 2021, she acted in Bhuj: The Pride Of India starring Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, and Sonakshi Sinha which streamed on Disney+ Hotstar. In 2022, Nora appeared in the song Manike from the film Thank God alongside Siddharth Malhotra which also starred Ajay Devgn in it. At the end of the year, she was seen in the song Jehda Nasha in Ayushmann Khurrana starrer An Action Hero. Nora has worked with many big names from Bollywood which includes Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, John Abraham, Siddharth Malhotra, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Rajkummar Rao.
She has also appeared in many music videos including Naah (2017), Baby Marvake Maanegi (2017), Pachtaoge (2019), Naach Meri Rani (2020), Chhor Denge (2021), Dance Meri Rani (2021), and her latest video alongside Rajkummar Rao in 2023 titled Acha Sila Diya Tune Mere Pyaar Kaa.
