Veteran filmmaker Suneel Darshan and the team of his much-anticipated film Andaaz 2 arrived in Jaipur, Rajasthan, as part of the promotional tour ahead of the film’s release. At a press conference held at the iconic Virasat Heritage restaurant on Delhi Road, Darshan was joined by lead stars Aayush Kumar, Aakaisha, and Natasha Fernandez, who engaged warmly with the local media and shared insights about their journey with the film.

Darshan, known for his timeless romantic dramas, expressed his deep admiration for Rajasthan and called attention to its untapped cinematic potential. “India is beautiful enough; we don’t need foreign locations,” he remarked, signaling his intent to bring more of his future projects to Indian soil. In fact, he confirmed plans to shoot his next film in Rajasthan, reinforcing his commitment to showcasing the state’s rich heritage on screen.

The cast, while highlighting their excitement for Andaaz 2, also gave glimpses into their dynamic on set. Aakaisha shared that working with Natasha was a positive experience, saying they “got along well,” while Natasha returned the compliment, calling Aakaisha “one of the nicest people on set.” Despite this display of camaraderie, some reports hint at behind-the-scenes friction. However, Aayush Kumar promptly addressed these rumors, brushing them off and insisting that they’re “all one team.”

In a lighthearted moment during the event, Aayush jokingly told Darshan he’d commit to doing 100 films with him, just like Akshay Kumar, but only if the “story and script resonate.”

As excitement builds for its August 8, 2025 theatrical release, Darshan promised that Andaaz 2 will be a musical extravaganza with songs designed to capture hearts and light up the big screen.
