Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan has been in the news for a while. The film has been delayed for a couple of years and will now finally hit the screens during Eid.
Maidaan was earlier scheduled for a 2020 release, but due to Covid an pending post production work, the film did not release in that year. After having a schedule of 2021, 2022 and 2023 release, the makers just kept on rescheduling Maidaan.
Ajay Devgn plays the role of a football coach named Syed Abdul Rahim. This is a biopic which will explore the golden age of football in India.
Maidaan is now scheduled for a 2024 Eid release. The film will be clashing with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was earlier scheduled for 2023 Christmas release, but the makers postponed it in 2024 due to pending post production work.
Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar will be clashing once again at the Box Office. This will be the first biggest clash of 2024.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will be a treat for masses, whereas Maidaan will be for classes. Both the films have a good scope at the Box Office, and if the content clicks with the audience then both the films can emerge successful.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The film is produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and Pooja Entertainment. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles with Prithviraj Sukumaran playing the role of an antagonist.
