In an emotional turn of events on Bigg Boss 19, actress Kunickaa Sadanand opened up about her painful custody battle in a heart-to-heart conversation with Salman Khan, while her son Ayaan made a surprise appearance on the show. The atmosphere turned deeply touching as Kunickaa’s personal struggles came to light, leaving both Salman and the audience moved.

The conversation began when Salman asked Kunickaa why she chose to become the house captain. She replied with conviction that she believed she could do a good job. But when asked why she resigned, Kunickaa explained that her principles would not allow her to stay when people questioned her integrity. She revealed that although 12 contestants supported her captaincy, she felt undermined and unfairly targeted.

Salman reminded her that some of the greatest leaders faced criticism but persevered, encouraging her to stay strong. He pointed out that one person had fought for her, while another remained biased. The realization led Kunickaa to apologize.

The tension escalated when Salman pulled up contestant Farhaan for dragging Kunickaa’s family into the house drama. He firmly told the housemates that Kunickaa had endured immense pain and challenges, emphasizing his personal connection with her. He reminded them to be mindful of their words, especially after insults like “flop actress” and “flop lawyer” were thrown her way.

The most touching moment came when Kunickaa’s son, Ayaan, stepped onto the set. Fighting back tears, he called himself the proudest son in the world and expressed immense love and admiration for his mother. He revealed that even his milkman was supporting Kunickaa, as did his family and the audience. Ayaan’s words were a powerful testament to his mother’s strength, saying, “Whatever I am today is because of her. I am the luckiest man in the world because she prayed for me.”

Sharing her journey, he said, “Ek choti bacchi hai unka bus ek he sapna hai ke unka ek chota sa ghar ho, pati ho, bacche ho and unko happiness chahiye tha…kyunki unko apne mother father se nahi mila bachpan mein. So she was 17 year old and she told her father ‘Papa I love this man and I want to get married to him’ and she got married. The marriage didn’t workout and woh joh baccha tha usko ek hill station se somebody kidnapped him.”

Ayaan went on to share more of his mother’s heartbreaking journey: “Now, to fight his custody case, she entered the film industry and earned money. Wohi paisa leke she used to take Mumbai Delhi flight every week, kuch nahi bachta tha. After 12 years, she met my brother after fighting the case. But even after that, her love inside her heart did not stop and she married my father. She went to the US, left everything behind, and had me. Woh bhi nahi chala. So ek choti si ladki ka ek sapna tha to have a house, husband, and loving kids. So jab aap sab unko kehte ho woh kitchen mein ghusi rehti hai, aap sab kehte ho woh khana khana karti rehti hai… Zeishan bhai bhi kaha tha, ‘arre nahi mila hai unko ye sab…’ She hasn’t got it. Don’t take the chance away from her. Please don’t go on her journey.”

Salman Khan further admonished the housemates for their harsh remarks and reminded them that words carry weight, impacting the person targeted as well as the speaker. The episode turned into a powerful moment of vulnerability, strength, and redemption, as Kunickaa and Ayaan’s bond left viewers in tears.
