Finally India’s biggest reality show, Bigg Boss 17 came to an end. There were many ups and downs in the show, which kept the audience engaged throughout the season.
This was amongst one of the finest seasons of Bigg Boss. The fans as well as contestants were emotionally attached to the show. All the contestants gave their best and developed a loyal fan base.
Munawar Faruqui was amongst one of the contestants who participated in the show. Before entering the Bigg Boss house, Munawar had already won season 1 of another reality show named Lockupp.
Munawar was amongst one of the favorites to lift the trophy. Munawar had one of the biggest fan bases amongst all the contestants. Munawar Faruqui emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 17.
Munawar in a post-finale press conference while addressing the media described his journey and thanked his parents.
Munawar Faruqui said, “Cheezon se guzarna padta hai. Maa ki duaein mujhe hamesha lagti hai. Maa aur baap ki duaein hamesha mere saath hai. Aaj shayad stage pe kehna chahta tha lekin keh nahi paaya, ab ye sahi jagah hai kehne ke liye. Tu saath naa maa aur saath tere saaya tha, kitna mashoor aur kitna hi kamaaya tha, woh todne aaye the meri mitti ka mehel lekin beta mumtaaz kaa inka Taj cheen ne aaya tha.”
While speaking about his success and failures, Munawar said, “Main jisse bolna chahunga game upar niche hona, wild card ka aana, jab kaam ka apne kaamyaabi kaa credit khudko deta hunn toh main apne failure ka bhi kisi ko bhi jimmedar nahi thehraata. Main humesha apne failures ko bhi accept karta hunn. Jo andar mere saath ho raha tha agar mere karma ki wajah se ho raha tha toh jo bahar ye kuch ho raha tha woh bhi mere karma ki wajah se ho raha tha. To kahi naa kahi jab is tarah ke platform pe kisi ki private yaa personal cheezein aati hai aur aap uske liye ready nahi hote ho, toh kahi naa kahi jo muje support aur pyaar mila hai, wo jante hai mujhe aur unhone mujhe hamesha in cheezon mei dekha hai.”
