Bigg Boss 17 gave many memorable moments to contestants as well as fans to celebrate and cherish forever. The season had many ups and downs.
The makers always try to make the new season better than the previous one and bring something innovative. The makers decided to bring 2 real life couples to participate in the show. Ankita Lokhande-Vicky Jain and Aishwarya Sharma-Neil Bhatt were two real life couples who participated in the show.
Abhishek Kumar was also one of the contestants who participated in the show. Bigg Boss also got Abhishek’s ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya on board. Things got complicated when Isha’s current boyfriend Samarth Jurel also made an entry to the show. Abhishek, Isha and Samarth, all were under one roof and the audience got a high dosage of entertainment.
Abhishek Kumar ended up as the runner-up of the show, whereas Munawar Faruqui won the trophy.
We at Film Window had a chance to do an exclusive interview with Abhishek Kumar recently. We asked him if he believed Isha and Samarth’s participation made him more popular?
Abhishek also spoke about the incident where he slapped Samarth. Abhishek and Isha were engaged in a nasty fight, where Samarth interrupted in between and put tissue in Abhishek’s mouth. Abhishek slapped Samarth after he put tissue in his mouth. Later on, Abhishek realized his mistake and apologized for his behavior.
Q] Do you agree that Isha and Samarth made you a hero?
And – A hero is always a hero. No one becomes a hero because of someone. If Isha and Samarth would have not participated, and if any other incident would have happened, people would have still loved me. Isha and Samarth both are very good. The situation and consequences were different that time, that negative thing got portrayed. Samarth met me nicely and even Isha talked with me in a good way. Isha and Samarth also called me the deserving winner, which was a very sweet gesture and I felt very happy after listening to it. Inside the house the situation is totally different, so you have to speak for yourself.
Q] How many times did you apologize?
Ans – If I have done anything wrong, I do apologize for it. The slap incident which took place, many people believe that I did the right thing but I felt that it was wrong. To slap someone is not a good thing, and I made a mistake. I didn’t do it purposely, it was the reaction of an action. Later on, I apologized to him and he forgave me.
