12 contestants were announced for Bigg Boss OTT 2. The contestants were Abhishek Malhan, Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhurve, Puneet Superstar, Jad Hadid, Akanksha Puri, Aaliya Siddiqui, Palak Purswani, Avinash Sachdev, Jiya Shankar, Cyrus Broacha and Falaq Naaz.
Pooja Bhatt’s name came as a huge surprise and she was the 13th contestant to take part in the show.
The show also saw 2 wild card entrants in the form of Elvish Yadav and Aashika Bhatia.
The season 2 was high on emotions and entertainment which held the attention of viewers till the end.
Elvish Yadav created history by being the 1st wild card contestant to win the trophy.
The top 5 finalists were Elvish Yadav, Abhishek Malhan, Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhurve and Pooja Bhatt.
Pooja Bhatt was the 1st one to get eliminated in the final round.
Elvish was once seen saying that he likes Pooja Bhatt.
Post the Bigg Boss finale, one paparazzi asked Pooja Bhatt that, “Pooja is there any possibility that Elvish will propose to you, because he said that he really likes you.”
To this Pooja replied by saying, “Excuse me, main abhi bhi jawaani mei hunn (I am still young).”
One of the paps after hearing Pooja’s reply again asked, “So are you ready for the proposal from Elvish Yadav?”
Pooja was seen saying, “Dil Jo Hai Abhi Nahi Manta, Bekaraari Abhi Hoti Hai (The heart which is there does not accept it now, the restlessness still happens). 51 is just a number darling. I am single at this moment unwilling to mingle. But Jawaani, I was awake earlier than them, I went to bed later, and I worked harder. 51 is the new 30 or maybe the new 20 perhaps.”
Pooja Bhatt is already a known name in Indian Cinema and has a good fan following. She was the eldest contestant who participated in the show. Pooja Bhatt with her mature and fabulous game won the hearts of the audience.
