Manisha Rani and Bebika Dhurve were good friends at the start of the season. As a couple of days passed, their friendship took a turn. There were many instances where the duo were seen fighting with each other.
There was a major fight between Bebika and Manisha in one of the episodes.
The duo were seen together in the kitchen where they engaged in a fight of words.
Bebika pointed at Manisha’s character and called her a male’s attention seeker.
Bebika Dhurve and Manisha Rani were among the top 4 contestants in the 2nd Season of Bigg Boss OTT.
Manisha ended up at the 3rd position and Bebika ended up at the 4th position.
In an interaction with the media Bebika clarified that she did say anything about Manisha’s character. Her intention was not bad. She meant that Manisha values male friendship more than female friendship.
While speaking to media, Bebika said, “See if Manisha Rani personally and supportively involves boys in initial days, then it’s not my right to judge or question her. I was a complete stranger and so was she. That is her USP as she has made her whole career with that particular thing. I didn’t say that your character is bad. In my opinion, she values male friendship more than female friendship. If you keep on saying boys boys everytime, then the power and essence which you have in female friendship will be lost. She took that thing on her character that why are saying male, male. I never said anything about her character. I said that she should value female friendship more, and even I have valued it. Majority of my friends have been female and believe me wherever they take you, they will take you much ahead and on a right path in life. That’s what I meant. Initially when I met her, I thought she was a good girl, but eventually when she took the advantage of the opportunity and started changing friendships and when she discarded me I realized that she has started playing her game. In the 1st week itself I told her straight on the face, when we were together in the kitchen that, ‘have you started playing your dirty game?’ She got annoyed with this. Whenever I sensed that something wrong was going on, I told it straightly and did not keep anything inside me.”
