Q: How did you feel when you left the show?

A: Leaving the show brought mixed emotions. I shed tears initially, but once outside, the journey seemed worthwhile. Although it was a short six weeks, the bond formed with someone during an extended stay is significant. There’s a connection when you spend so much time with someone, and leaving home brought some tears, but coming out of the tunnel, I feel much better now.

Q: Can you elaborate on the bond you shared with Munawar Faruqui?

A: Munawar and I shared a unique bond that wasn’t completely portrayed on the show. We spent nights talking for 1-1.5 hours, discussing various topics. We even cooked together, and he used to join when Rinku Ji and I slept. The emotional display after he left wasn’t surprising given the strong connection we had.

Q: Did you form bonds with others on the show?

A: Yes, apart from Munawar, Rinku Ji’s name stands out. Initially hesitant about sharing a bed, we eventually developed a strong bond. We became friends without any hidden agenda. Neil, Munawar, and I, being Gujaratis, also shared a unique connection.

Q: Why do you think certain aspects of your bond with Munawar were not shown on the show?

A: The show might not have fully captured the depth of our bond. We talked, gossiped, and Munawar even learned to cook from me. Perhaps the focus was on other elements of the show, but our connection was a significant part of my experience.

Q: How did your son react to Munawar’s presence?

A: My son developed a sense of insecurity seeing Munawar on screen. Even when Munawar comes home now, my son jokingly claims that I have accepted him as a second mother, expressing a hint of jealousy.

Q: Can you describe the Gujarati factor with Neil and Munawar?

A: Neil, Munawar, and I shared a cultural connection as Gujaratis. It added an extra layer to our friendship, making our bond more special.
