There has been a conflict between Israel and Palestinian group. Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha was stuck in this unforeseen war like situation in Israel.
Nushrratt had gone to Israel for the 39th Haifa International Film Festival, where her film Akelli was going to be screened.
The team of Nushrratt had suddenly lost contact with her and there was no update about her.
Finally there was an update about Nushrratt being safe and returning to India. Nushrratt safely reached Mumbai on 8th October around 2:30 pm.
Recently Nushrratt has shared a video on social media where she has thanked the Indian Government for guiding her to come back home safely.
In this video Nushrratt is seen saying, “I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to everyone for their messages, for their prayers and for their wishes. I am back. I am home. I am safe. I am fine. But just 2 days back I woke up in a hotel room dealing with bomb sounds around me and sirens blaring and we were taken down to a shelter area. I have never been in this kind of situation before but when I woke up today at my home, with no sounds and feeling safe and feeling fine, I realized that it’s a very big thing that we are fortunate to be in this country (India). We are protected here and we are safe. I want to take a moment and thank the Government of India, Indian Embassy, Israel Embassy for guiding us, for advising us and making it possible for me to come home to my country safe and sound. I also want to take a moment and extend my prayers and wishes to the people stuck in the war. I really hope for peace very soon.”

Nushrratt has also shared a long note on social media, where she has written about her experience and how she dealt with this situation and expressed gratitude to all those who supported and guided her.
