SRK has been ruling at the Box Office with his mega blockbusters Pathaan and Jawan. SRK has complained that he has received death threats from an unknown person post the success of Pathaan and Jawan.
SRK will be provided Y+ security, where he will be surrounded by six Personal Security Officers (PSOs) in 3 shifts 24×7. He will also be provided with 5 armed guards at his residence. Earlier SRK had two PSOs around him.
Salman Khan is also provided with Y+ security, as he got death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang.
Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher have X security cover which includes 3 Personal Security Officers (PSOs) in 3 shifts 24×7.
Maharashtra Government’s revised police protection policy (2017) states that, security is provided to those citizens who have real threat to their lives.
The ones who are provided with security cover, including celebs have to pay a fee in advance or deposit a bank guarantee for protection.
Mumbai Police while addressing to all the police jurisdictions in Maharashtra said, “All unit commanders are requested to provide him (Khan) Y+ with scale of security on payment basis with immediate effect, till next high level committee recommendation and review committee decision, during his visit/engagements and stay in your jurisdiction to avoid any untoward incident.”

Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s emotional drama Dunki. Dunki is all set to release on 22nd December.
