When Pixar is producing something, the product is always of good quality. Hardly there’s been a film from Pixar which has proved to be disappointing. Pixar is known for making amazing stuff and the chain of making good films continues with Elemental. Pixar always comes up with out of the box stuff with a high dose of entertainment. Each and every Pixar film has some lesson and makes us think about the subject even if it’s practically not possible. Elemental is Pixar’s take on an unusual love story between Water and Fire. The love story between water and fire is not possible but Pixar makes us believe this thing through its magical presentation on-screen. Elemental deserves a watch for this unusual storyline full of entertainment.

Element tells the story of a dreamy and fictitious world where elements like fire, water, land, and air live together. Ember (fire element) a fiery young woman and a go-with-the-flow guy named Wade (water element) discover something elemental of how much they actually have in common. Both these elements fall in love and create an impossible and unusual love story. How far will their love go? Will their family accept them? Will they succeed in love? To find out all the answers watch Elemental.

The best thing about animation is you have creative liberty and you can show anything even if it’s practically impossible in real life. There’s no one to bash you even if the presentation is impractical because it’s an animated world. In an animated world you have the liberty to express anything like characters, story, effects, etc. There are many makers who despite getting the liberty fail to deliver a solid content. Pixar has understood this formula and comes up with wonderful stories one after the another.

The best part about Elemental is its minute detailing. There is water and fire and the effects and detailing shown is just splendid. You can mark all these creative and effective detailings on-screen. The makers have shown all the elemental changes of water and fire so well that it will make you applaud and cheer to the loudest. Full marks to makers for creating this visual spectacle with perfection on-screen.

Elemental is a visual treat to your eyes. The film proves to be a wonderful experience for those who like to watch colorful movies and unique stuff. The film is a treat for those like films with heavy VFX and creative visual effects. There are many scenes and frames which will make you go gaga and will make you wonder, how on earth did they do it?

Elemental fails in the writing department at parts. The film drags in many scenes and has flaws in screenplay. There are many mediocre scenes which hurt the narrative. The filmmaking seems to be outdated in some scenes. Having a tight and flawless narrative would have made Elemental a classic.

Pixar has set their standards very high and if they deliver a little less than expected, it seems to be disappointing. The level set by Pixar is damn high with Classics like Toy Story franchise, Wall-E, Up, Inside Out, Coco, Onward, Soul, etc. Elemental is a good film but not that great, as per the standards of Pixar.

I wonder how Pixar comes up with out of the box ideas each and every time and creates magic on-screen. It’s always a treat to watch animated films, because we get a chance to witness some amazing stuff and unique ideas on-screen.

The easiest part of Animation is to make something unusual and present it on-screen but the toughest part is to convince and connect those unusual things with the audience and Pixar always tops this.

Overall, Elemental makes a good one time watch. Watch the film for its impossible and unique love story, visual effects and solid creative world created by Pixar. Thank you Pixar for giving us another wonderful product and making us believe and love impossible things in those 109 minutes. Elemental is a film which will be enjoyed by the whole family (especially kids) irrespective of age. There should be no second thoughts for watching a Pixar film on the big screen. Come fall in love with the world of Elemental. Elemental surely deserves your attention.
