Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are collaborating for the 1st time. This untitled film is set to be a romantic sci-fi film. The film was earlier slated for an October release. Today the makers announced a new release date for this film. The film will be released on 7th December, 2023. The impossible love story is said to be a robotic rom-com.
The film is written & directed by Amit Joshi & Aradhana Sah and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande & Laxman Utekar.
On 8th December, 1 day after this impossible love story, we have Anurag Basu’s Metro… In Dino. Metro… In Dino has a stellar cast of Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The film is a sequel to Anurag Basu’s critically acclaimed film Life In A Metro (2007).
There’s a clash between 2 films and both the films are looking promising enough. We hope that both these films find their audiences and emerge successful at the Box Office.
Few days ago, Fukrey 3 was announced on 1st December. Fukrey 3 is the third installment of the immensely popular Fukrey franchise. The hilarious comedy stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead roles. The film is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Excel Entertainment.
Fukrey 3 will be facing a clash with Sam Bahadur on 1st December. Sam Bahadur is directed by Meghna Gulzar. The film stars Vicky Kaushal (Sam Manekshaw), Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead roles. Sam Bahadur is based on the life of India’s first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw.
We also have Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki in December. Dunki is all set to release on 22nd December during the Christmas weekend. Dunki is one of the most awaited films of the year as it marks the 1st collaboration between the two greatest legends (SRK and Rajkumar Hirani) of Indian Cinema.
December has just got exciting and crowded. We will have to wait and see if these films stick to their release dates or will avert the clash at the Box Office.
