Aamir Khan was seen at an event today in Mumbai. Aamir was invited as guest by Punjabi Actor Gippy Grewal for his upcoming film Carry On Jatta 3.
Nowadays majority of actors have been very active on social media and update their fans about their life and movies and much more.
Aamir Khan has been that actor who hasn’t shared much with his fans on social media. Aamir when he was on social media didn’t share much on it. Aamir likes to keep it simple and let his work do the talking unlike others who are active on social media and to garner their fans attention.
During a media interaction reporter asked Aamir about why he left social media and said, “We see you at many social events, you were also there for a book launch, but we miss you on social media. Do you think you left social media at the right time, as we can social media has changed and you’re spending much time in public.”
To this Aamir replied “No I didn’t think that much. Actually when I was on social media, it was only for the namesake. I hardly use to post. I was never really active on social media. But I think it’s a wonderful thing by the way. But it’s just not for me.”
A reporter asked, “But as you have left the social media things have also changed, the kind of hate that you receive.”
Aamir replied by saying, “Are they? I don’t know. I am not on social media, I don’t have any idea. I swear on my mother.”
