In 2023, Kapil was seen in his 3rd Bollywood film Zwigato. Zwigato was directed by Nandita Das and starred Shahana Goswami opposite Kapil. Kapil played the role of a delivery boy. Kapil who makes people laugh came out of his comfort zone by playing a serious role. The film was a disaster at the Box Office, but Kapil’s performance was praised.
