Salman Khan has confronted Qazi Touqeer over his controversial ‘lollipop’ remark directed at fellow contestant Kanika Mann. The comment had sparked a heated exchange inside the Bigg Boss 20 house, with Kanika objecting to the way Qazi addressed her during the argument.
In the recent promo of the show, Salman revisited the incident and questioned Qazi about his approach after Kanika made it clear that she had taken offence to his words. The host pointed out that once someone feels uncomfortable with a person’s intentions, the appropriate response is to step back instead of continuing to defend the same point repeatedly.
Salman told Qazi, ”Qazi agar kisi ko aap ka intention galat laga hai you should just back down. Lekin aap lage rahe non stop like a stuck record.” He further questioned Kanika about whether Qazi had actually apologised to her following the incident.
Kanika responded, ”Sir inme bahut hawa aagayi hai.” Qazi, however, maintained that he had already said sorry to the actress. Salman then challenged his claim, making it clear that he had not witnessed Qazi genuinely apologising to Kanika.
The host remarked, ”Hum ne nahi dekha aapko inko sorry bolte hue. Goli kha lunga sorry nahi khaunga.” Qazi continued to insist that he had apologised, attempting to clarify that he had said sorry while joking with Kanika.
Explaining his side, Qazi said, ”Maine mazzak mazzak mein sorry kaha tha inko,” while Kanika immediately disagreed with his version and maintained that he had not apologised to her.
Salman questioned the very idea of treating an apology as a joke and pointed out that saying sorry in such a situation should not be something that is dismissed casually. He asked Qazi, ”Aap ne suna hai kabhi kisi ko mazzak mein sorry bolte hue life mein?”
The exchange highlights the disagreement between Qazi and Kanika over what happened after the controversial remark. While Qazi maintained that he had attempted to apologise, Kanika continued to reject his claim, leaving Salman to question whether his actions genuinely reflected an effort to resolve the issue.
