The much awaited Bigg Boss OTT 3 has arrived. Bigg Boss always tries to bring something unique and spicy in every new season. This time Bigg Boss has allowed the access of mobile phones in the house. Another thing which grabbed attention was Famous Youtuber Armaan Malik entering the house with his 2 wives.
Bigg Boss OTT Season 1 was hosted by Karan Johar. The Season 2 was hosted by Superstar Salman Khan who has become the most favorite host of Bigg Boss. Due to Salman’s other commitments, he wasn’t able to host Season 3. Anil Kapoor was brought on board for hosting Season 3 of Bigg Boss OTT.
The 16 contestants participating in Bigg Boss OTT 3 are Chandrika Dixit, Ranvir Shorey, Shivani Kumari, Sana Makbul Khan, Vishal Pandey, Lovekesh Kataria, Deepak Chaurasia, Sai Ketan Rao, Munisha Khatwani, Sana Sultan, Armaan Malik, Payal Malik, Kritika Malik, Neeraj Goyat, Paulomi Polo Das and Naezy.
Some of the major highlights from the opening episode:
Chandrika Dixit aka Vada Pav girl revealed that she had to put the stall in order to meet her son’s needs. She also said that her mother-in-law taunted her for standing on road.
Ranveer Shorey enters in the house as the second contestant and tells that he has no work and will miss his son, as he has went on a vacation with his mother.
Shivani Kumari revealed that that her mother stabbed her once and pulled her hair for making videos. She is grateful for all the struggles and finally making it in the Bigg Boss.
Television actress Sana Makbul Khan enters in the house as 4th contestant.
Vishal Pandey with 9 million followers on Instagram is called as the 5th contestant. He tells that he has a fan army called Vishalians.
Lovekesh Kataria who is Elvish Yadav’s close friend enters as the 6th contestant.
Contestant No. 7 Deepak Chaurasia who is a journalist enters the house on a wheelchair. Anil Kapoor calls columnist Shobha De to question him.
Actor Sai Ketan Rao enters the house as contestant No. 8. He shares how his mother single handedly supported him in his journey in the absence of his father.
Munisha Khatwani enters the house and reads tarot card for the contestant Sai Ketan Rao and Sonam Kapoor (Anil Kapoor’s daughter).
Sana Sultan enters as the 10th contestant and she will play as an undercover agent. She is the only person who will have access to the phone. She is an outsider in the house who will act as a bridge between Bigg Boss and the contestants. In the 17 years history of Bigg Boss, this is for the first time that phone is being allowed inside the house.
Armaan Malik enters the house with his 2 wives Payal and Kritika. It is revealed that Payal and Kritika were friends. Armaan also speaks about how he fell love in with his 2 wives. He chooses Kritika over Payal for winning Bigg Boss.
Boxer Neeraj Goyat arrives in the house as the 14th contestant. He had trained Farhan Akhtar in Toofan, Vineet Kumar in Mukkabaaz and Ram Charan in RRR. He tells that he want to show it to the people that even a boxer can be entertaining.
Famous rapper Naezy on whose life was Ranveer Singh’s Gully Boy base upon enters as the 15th contestant. Naezy hopes that after MC Stan and Munawar Faruqui, he can be the 3rd rapper who can win the trophy. He alse reveals about the backlash faced by his family and community for the profession he has selected.
Paulomi Polo Das enters as the last contestant in the house. She enters with a contract demanding non-vegetarian food every day, separate washroom and a sleep of 8 hours.
