Bigg Boss 17 had many big names which participated in the show. Out of all the contestants, Ankita Lokhande was the biggest and the most popular name.
Ankita Lokhande entering the top 5, was known to everyone from the day 1. Ankita’s game and popularity made her enter the top 5. Ankita had to end her journey at no. 4 which came as a huge shock to all the fans.
Ankita was amongst one of the favorites to lift the trophy. If not the trophy, Ankita should have ended in the top 3 at least.
After the finale, when Ankita was leaving the sets of Bigg Boss, she was very upset. Ankita did not give any interviews or attended the press conference. The remaining 4 contestants, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar, Mannara Chopra and Arun Mashettey interacted with the media and answered their questions.
We at Film Window got a chance to do an exclusive interview with Ankita’s husband Vicky Jain who was also amongst one of the contestants to participate in the show.
In our interview, Vicky revealed the reason for Ankita not attending the press conference or interacting with the media after the finale.
Q] When Ankita got eliminated, she was looking very upset at that time, so what would you say?
Ans – I was with her the whole time. She was very tired. She cannot leave without me. I came out a week earlier than her. There were performances and many things that took place inside the house and one gets mentally tired. When you see your family members again after a long time, it’s like a childlike moment for you. She was physically very tired and that’s the reason she did not give any interviews.
Q] Did you ever think that Mannara and Abhishek will go past Ankita?
Ans – People look at Ankita as a winner and for us also she is a winner, even Salman sir said this. If people can get connected with you in your journey, then this is the best feeling ever and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th position doesn’t matter much. It’s all people’s love which you have earned. So it’s either 1st position or people’s love, and we all have people’s love with us.
