Bigg Boss Season 17 ended up with a bang. We saw many great friendships and bondings amongst the contestants in the show.

Munawar Faruqui emerged as the winner of the show and Abhishek Kumar ended up as a runner-up. Munawar and Abhishek shared a great bond in the show. There were also some ups and downs between these 2, but in the end fans loved their bonding.

We at Film Window had a chance to do an exclusive interview with Abhishek Kumar. He spoke about his friendship with Munawar in our interview.

Q] When Munawar’s rally took place, there were chants of your name and even Munawar chanted your name, so how would you describe this bond?

Ans – It was a very sweet bond. Many of them told me against Munawar, that he is doing and he is doing that and I replied to them by showing the video of Munawar’s rally where he was chanting my name. It was a very sweet gesture by him when he chanted my name. I also had a word with him. He came to my place today, but unfortunately I could not meet him as I went to drop my parents at the railway station.

Q] Did Munawar keep friendship with you or did not keep friendship with you, at some stage did you feel like this?

Ans – I just felt that why Munawar did not take a stand for me. I wanted him to be biased for me, as I was also biased for him. Even if he is wrong I would want to support him. I felt bad when the slap incident happened where I expected him to say at least that the poking level of Samarth and Isha was very high. I was very connected with him. Even if he did not support me, I was fully supporting him.

Q] When are you meeting Munawar?

Ans – I showed my father the video of Munawar chanting my name in the rally. After seeing the video, tears rolled out from my father’s eyes. My father insisted on meeting Munawar. He was not able to meet Munawar properly when he came into the house. I made a video call to Munawar and he told me that he had a meeting in my area. I told him to come over as my father wanted to meet him. By the time his meeting got over,  my father left as he had to board the train. My family is planning to go to Amritsar. We will invite Munawar to Amritsar and will ask him to stay with us. My mother treats Munawar as her son.
