Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s action saga Salaar was released on 22nd December. Salaar was amongst one of the most awaited films of the year. The film had a solid pre-release buzz.
Salaar opened to excellent numbers worldwide. The film collected more than 175 cr on its opening day at the Global Box Office.
Salaar has now crossed the 500 cr mark worldwide in just 6 days. The film is most likely to challenge the lifetime worldwide numbers of Baahubali (650 cr gross) and emerge as Prabhas 2nd highest grossing film of all time.
Salaar is also inching towards the 300 cr mark at the Indian Box Office. The 6 days total collection of Salaar at the Indian Box Office stands at approx 296 cr nett (all languages).
Salaar has collected approx 85 crores in Hindi markets and will be entering the 100 cr club in a couple of days.
Salaar has collected approx 182 cr from Telugu language and will soon enter the 200 cr club.
Salaar is directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kirgandur under his production banner Hombale Films. The film stars Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles.
